We had a media morning today. First we drove to Teck, our main sponsor, and were finally able to meet some of their employees. Thanks to them all for taking the time to meet us. They had a really interesting morning planned, including breakfast and seeing the 2010 Olympic Winter medals. We enjoyed the opportunity to meet and interact with them. Sponsors can often seem to be distant supporters!

 
We then headed back to the hotel for the official Olympic Tournament press conference. Here, the new CSA centenary logo was unveiled and Canon was revealed as one of our new official sponsors. We wish them an enormous welcome, and thank them for the cameras that we were given. We were all shocked and very grateful for the unexpected gift.

I am looking forward to taking pictures with the new camera.

I thought that the press conference went well, so kudos to the communications staff at CSA. I thought John Herdman spoke really well. The tournament is now right around the corner and I am getting anxious to get things underway.
