ODE TO JUDY RUSSELL            29th August 2010

We were given yesterday morning off, and we really appreciated this, as we were due to run the yo-yo fitness test in the afternoon.

Training started at 5:00pm, so by the time we had done our practice it was 6:00pm and therefore not the hottest part of the day. In the test  everyone's legs felt very heavy, but I am sure that most of this feeling was mental. No one likes being tested, especially when fitness is concerned.

This time, everyone seems to have come into camp much fitter: Good news. After the test we all hopped into the pool for a quick cool down and then we cleaned up for yet another delicious dinner. The food here is delicious!  Tomorrow is a day off, set aside for recovery, so we look forward to further resting our legs.
