The USA camp for the Canada Women's National Team camp continued this morning
with the dreaded "fat" calliper measurements. I don't know the results
of any of the testing yet, but I do know that the testing is over: Good enough
for me.

We had training at 10:30am, and most of this was taken up with sprint tests.
We did the 10m, the 20m and then finally the 2 x 20m. Even though these tests
are not overly draining, they are quite demanding and painful. You have to put
everything into getting from one spot to another. Trust me when I say you cab
have sore muscles a few hours later - well I feel sore anyway.

We had a few hours off in the afternoon, before heading back to our
training at 3:30pm. Warming up took a little longer than usual, and I was
pleased not to be the only one struggling to get going again.

Practice
was mostly comprised of maintaining defensive shape and movement before we
ended up the day with a scrimmage.

Again, just like yesterday, the scrimmage was probably not of the best quality
but it was still good to be playing together again. We do have some real work
and preparation ahead of us, to be at our best. Well I am off to bed, and yes,
it is only 9:40pm.
