BACK TO SNOWY NORWAY 15th March 2009
D and I have now left the sunny Mediterranean and are back in the snow and cold of
Oslo, Norway. It
seems almost unbelievable that I was running on a beach in Cyprus just two days ago.

It hasn't taken us long to settle back into the routine of how things are done here; it's actually a good
feeling. I have enjoyed meeting up with old Scandinavian friends and we have quickly settled back into training
with the Strommen team. I realize that I am someone who needs quite a bit of structure and routine
D and I were at the local gym this morning, scaring people with some of our new Italian training methods.
On the treadmill D was putting people in a panic by doing breakneck intervals, while I frightened more than
one person as I went through my new stretching routine up against a wall. I always enjoy putting on little
shows for people in the gym and I can't wait till they see some of our new fast footwork stuff. Guaranteed
to be a real eye opener.
We received our Team Strommen schedule today
- looks busy.

Not much else is happening here. We are still very pleased to see our fundraising initiative for "Right
to Play" get off the ground. We had a number of false starts, but the site and concept are finally there.
Thanks for all your help
